丰田车系发动机控制系统维修

color="#000000"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体">故障现象:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt">一辆雷克萨斯<span lang="EN-US">RX300</span>。车型为<span lang="EN-US">MCU<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="35" unitname="l">35L</chmetcnv></span>,报修怠速抖动,加速不良。该车出现故障三个月,维修过多次。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体">故障诊断:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt">拆下该车进气歧管,更换火花塞和高压线,启动着车,故障存在,又把原车的火花塞和主压线装回。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">将点火开关转到<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置,发动机故障灯亮;着车,发动机故障灯熄灭。怠速时,燃烧差,发动机抖动,加油迟缓。用诊断仪检测发动机系统数据流,发动机怠速成<span lang="EN-US">650R/ min</span>时,喷油脉宽为<span lang="EN-US">3.5ms</span>,偏高;传感器参数数据正常,系统处于增油状态,无故障码。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">断缸实验,发现第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸不工作。怠速时,拔掉第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸点火线圈插头,发动机故障灯亮,故障码为<span lang="EN-US">0353</span>,其含义为第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸点火线圈初级<span lang="EN-US">/</span>次级线路故障,说明第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸点火线圈正常。调换第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸及其他缸之间的点火线圈,仍然是第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸缺缸,说明点火线圈良好,从而说明点火系统无故障,故障出现在喷油器方面。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">检测第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器电阻及线路,正常。启动着车,用手摸第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器,发现其不工作。点火开关转到<span lang="EN-US">OFF</span>位置后,重新回到<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置,发动机停机,将第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器控制线(黑色)搭铁,听到第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器<span lang="EN-US">“</span>嗒<span lang="EN-US">”</span>的一声,说明喷油器动作。启动着车,用诊断仪检测喷油器控制线电压波形,第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸电压波形为一条电源电压的直线。说明发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>及线路对第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器不控制。对发动机控制系统线路进行彻底检查,正常。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">于是,判定发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>损坏。发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>价格过于昂贵,故要求对发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>进行维修,于是,打开发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>,进行检修。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器控制电路如图<span lang="EN-US">1</span>所示。电路板上控制晶体管如图<span lang="EN-US">2</span>所示。<span lang="EN-US"> </span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US"></span></font></span><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">怠速时,控制极电压为电源电压,拔掉第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器插头,检测控制极有控制信号输出。拔掉发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>插头,检测此晶体管为<span lang="EN-US">NPN</span>型晶体管,控制极(基极)与喷油器控制线一侧(集电极)之间击穿短路。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">由于喷油器工作瞬间可达近百伏感应电压,超出一般家电类电子元件耐压值,且需要功率开关晶体管(<span lang="EN-US">NPN</span>型)方能代替,故替换件不太好找。突然想到以前修过的<span lang="EN-US">220V</span>交流荧光灯电路上有一对满足要求的推挽晶体管,且有报废的该灯电路板,于是从报废荧光灯电路板上拆下一个晶体管,编号为<span lang="EN-US">D<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="618" unitname="C">618C</chmetcnv>4D52</span>,作为替换件。经测试,替换性能良好。由于形状差悬殊,将发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>电路板上的损坏晶体管焊下,并从相就的位置引出三根线,分别焊在替换件的端脚上。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">将发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>插头上,启动着车,发动机第<span lang="EN-US">3</span>缸喷油器开始喷油。怠速稳定,发动机运转平稳,尾气正常,加速正常。用诊断仪检测,在发动机怠速至高速区间都正常,替换件正常工作。发动机工作<span lang="EN-US">10min s</span>后,用手摸一下替换件,温热,说明替换件性能完全满足要求。于是用<span lang="EN-US">502</span>胶水将替换件固定于发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>内部电路板的散热上,然后装回发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">查看发动机系统数据流,怠速时,喷油器喷油脉宽降为<span lang="EN-US">2.9 ms</span>,某时刻燃油修正值如下:<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">然而,怠速时喷油脉宽为<span lang="EN-US">2.9 ms</span>,对于老款车型,完全可以。但针对<span lang="EN-US">RX300</span>系列车辆,略显高一些。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">试车,反复测试发动机控制系统,在发动机故障灯不亮的情况下,仍然侦测到不亮情况下,仍然侦测到<span lang="EN-US">0504</span>故障码,该故障码含义是制协<span lang="EN-US">A/B</span>关联。该故障码检测条件为:点火开头打开,<span lang="EN-US">STP</span>、<span lang="EN-US">STI</span>信号同时处于<span lang="EN-US">OFF</span>状态超过<span lang="EN-US">0.5s </span>。检测制动开头线路,正常,征得客户同意,更换制动开关。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">清除发动机故障码,启动发动机。怠速时,喷油脉宽降为<span lang="EN-US">2.4-2.5ms</span>,此时怠速更加平稳,加油更加顺畅。在<span lang="EN-US">707r/min</span>时,喷油脉宽为<span lang="EN-US">2.4ms</span>,燃油修正参数如下:<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt;font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体">故障现象:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt">一辆雷克萨斯<span lang="EN-US">LS400</span>(<span lang="EN-US">UCF10</span>),<span lang="EN-US">1989</span>款,进厂维修,报修仪表指示灯常亮,该车已维修多次。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体">故障诊断:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt">启动着车,发现仪表上<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>(牵引控制)故障灯常亮。打开发动机罩,用短路线跨接发动机舱的检测插头<span lang="EN-US">TC</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,读取<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统故障码。<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统故障码为<span lang="EN-US">25</span>、<span lang="EN-US">26</span>、<span lang="EN-US">51</span>,其含义为:<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt">TRC 25</span><span style="font-size:10pt">:步进电机不能达到<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>要求的位置。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt">TRC 26</span><span style="font-size:10pt">:当<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>驱动节气门到全关位置时,副节气门仍然静止。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt">TRC 51</span><span style="font-size:10pt">:发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>系统故障或电压过低。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">因有<span lang="EN-US">TRC51</span>存在,又用短路线跨接发动机舱检测插头的<span lang="EN-US">TE1</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,读取发动机系统故障码。发动机系统故障码为<span lang="EN-US">22</span>、<span lang="EN-US">24</span>、<span lang="EN-US">25</span>,其含义为:<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt">Engine DTC 22</span><span style="font-size:10pt">:冷却液温度传感器或其路故障。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt">Engine DTC 24</span><span style="font-size:10pt">:进气温度传感器或其线路故障。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt">Engine DTC 25</span><span style="font-size:10pt">:空燃比低。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></font></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">因启动着车时,发动机故障灯熄灭,可能是以前检修<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统时,拔下发动机系统部件接头所致,故只作清码处理,暂不考虑发动机系统故障。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">根据<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>故障码<span lang="EN-US">25</span>、<span lang="EN-US">26</span>,<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统已侦测到副节气门传感器或其线路故障。副节气门传感器是崭新的,拆下副节气门传感器线束护套,发现靠近插头部位的电线已断开,电线断头处露出崭新的铜丝,断头呈簇状。在先前的维修中,可能用万用表表笔刺破电线进行测量,导致该处电线强度降低,随着发动机运转时的抖动,发生疲劳损伤而折断。于是,焊好副节气门传感器插头线路,插上插头,对传感器及其线路数值进行测量:<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">端子<span lang="EN-US">1</span>:棕色,传感器搭铁线,对地<span lang="EN-US">0V</span>,正常。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">端子<span lang="EN-US">2</span>:红一黑色,怠速开关信号线。点火开关接通,<span lang="EN-US">0.08V</span>,低于测试标准的<span lang="EN-US">0.3V</span>,<span lang="EN-US">977</span>正常;点火开关断开;电源电压,正常。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">端子<span lang="EN-US">3</span>:黄一绿色,传感器位置信号线,<span lang="EN-US">0.4— 4.6V</span>之间,满足触点闭合时<span lang="EN-US">0.3—0.5V</span>的测试标准,正常。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">端子<span lang="EN-US">4</span>:蓝一红色,传感器电源线,<span lang="EN-US">5V</span>,正常。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">测量结果显示:副节气门传感器及其线路均正常,电压信号值也正常。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">关闭点火开关至<span lang="EN-US">OFF</span>位置,等<span lang="EN-US">20s</span>,然后重新打开<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>故障灯亮<span lang="EN-US">6s</span>,然后自动熄灭,说明<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统故障已修复。但此时<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统仍存储故障码,用短路线跨接检测接头的<span lang="EN-US">TC</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,在<span lang="EN-US">5s</span>内踏制动踏板<span lang="EN-US">8</span>次,清除<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>故障码。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">关闭点火开关至<span lang="EN-US">LOCK</span>位置,拔下<span lang="EN-US">EF1</span>保险丝,等待<span lang="EN-US">10s</span>,插回,清除发动机系统故障码。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">用短路线跨接检测插头的<span lang="EN-US">TC</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>,<span lang="EN-US">TE1</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,打开点火开关至<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置,确认<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统与发动机系统输出正常代码,拔掉短路线。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">路试。车辆刚提速到<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="40" unitname="km/h"><span lang="EN-US">40km/h</span></chmetcnv>左右,<span lang="EN-US">TRC OFF</span>指示灯亮起。用短路线短接<span lang="EN-US">TC</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子、<span lang="EN-US">TE1</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,打开点火开关至<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置,<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统和发动机系统输出正常代码,系统正常。<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>系统输出故障码<span lang="EN-US">32</span>,其含义为左前轮轮速传感器或其线路故障。由于未跨接<span lang="EN-US">TC</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>时,点火开关位于<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置时,<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>故障灯亮<span lang="EN-US">6s</span>后自行熄灭,判定<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>系统线路正常,是左前轮轮速传感器信号不良。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">升起车辆,发现左前轮轮速传感器拆过,装回时未安装到位,导致传感器不能很好检测车轮转速信号。重新安装完毕后,用短路线跨接检测插头的<span lang="EN-US">TE1</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,打开点火开关至<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置,<span lang="EN-US">5s</span>内踏制动踏板<span lang="EN-US">8</span>次,清除<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>故障码。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">再次路试,车辆行驶<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="5" unitname="km"><span lang="EN-US">5km</span></chmetcnv>左右时,<span lang="EN-US">TRC OFF</span>与发动机故障灯亮一下,随后又熄灭了。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">用短路线跨接检测插头的<span lang="EN-US">TC</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E1</span>端子,打开点火开关至<span lang="EN-US">ON</span>位置,读取<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>、<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>、发动机控制系统故障码。<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>、<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统正常,发动机控制系统有<span lang="EN-US">“22”</span>故障码。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">检测冷却液温度传感器端子<span lang="EN-US">THW</span>与<span lang="EN-US">E2</span>之间电压信号为<span lang="EN-US">0.8V</span>,这说明冷却液温度传感器及其线路正常。这说明,发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>综合各种参数推断发动机水温低而给出故障码<span lang="EN-US">22</span>。这样,就要对发动机控制系统进行全冇检查,找出真正的原因。进气温度传感器端子<span lang="EN-US">THA</span>对地电压为<span lang="EN-US">1.6V</span>,正常。发动机怠速在<span lang="EN-US">2500r/min</span>时,测试主氧传感器信号在<span lang="EN-US">0.1~0.6V</span>之间波动,右侧主氧传感器信号在<span lang="EN-US">0~0.2V</span>之间波动。继续检测发动机控制系统其他部分。检查完毕,得出结论,除主氧传感器信号之外,其他参数数据正常。因此,判定主氧传感器信号低,导致发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>认为发动机水温低而导致排气温度低,进而主氧传感器信号电压低,输出故障码<span lang="EN-US">22</span>。尽管左、右两侧主氧传感器信号电压均欠佳,但左侧主氧传感器还可以使用,其上下峰值均在发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>侦测的<span lang="EN-US">0.35~0.55</span>的故障检测区域,而右侧主氧传感器需要更换。由于车辆已接近使用极限,为了节省维修费用,将发动机<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>插头端子<span lang="EN-US">17</span>(黑一白色,右侧主氧传感器信号线)线路剪断,线路并联到同一插头的端子<span lang="EN-US">6</span>(黑色,左侧主氧传感器信号线),让端子<span lang="EN-US">17</span>也侦测左侧主氧传感器信号。然后,清除发动机系统故障码。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">第三次路试,<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>、<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统有故障,此时<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统不工作。<span lang="EN-US">TRC OFF</span>指示灯亮,,<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统无故障,<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统解除工作,它指示<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>或<span lang="EN-US">/</span>和发动机系统存在故障。其次,有时发动机控制系统<span lang="EN-US">ECU</span>给出故障码,但相关元件并未损坏时,需对该控制系统进行彻底检查,找出故障原因。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p><p class="small" style="margin:auto 0cm"><span style="font-size:10pt"><font color="#000000">该车仪表灯亮,大概是<span lang="EN-US">TRC OFF</span>指示灯和发动机故障灯在车辆行驶时经常闪烁一下,是右侧主氧传感器信号电压低造成的,客户进行报修。维修人员检测<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>系统时,左前轮轮速传感器未安装到位,造成<span lang="EN-US">ABS</span>故障。测试<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>系统时,由于副节气门传感器是<span lang="EN-US">TRC</span>主要传感器元件之一,在诊断仪上不能侦测出数据流,于是用万用表表笔刺破电线进行测量,造成副节气门插头线路破坏,并将副节气门更换。这样,故障点未找着,又致使新的故障出现<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></font></span></p></strong></span>
